Cypress Partners, Inc. is a private equity firm specializing in operationally oriented buyouts of established manufacturing, value-added distribution, applied technology and financial  services companies with $10 to $100 million in sales and a minimum operating profit of $1.0 million.  Cypress Partners was established in 1995 by Roger A. Szafranski and Robert J. Gerth after extensive operational, financial and strategic experience operating and managing businesses for various private investors. 

Cypress Partners are interested in businesses with proprietary processes and products or a market niche leadership position.  Businesses which can be made efficient with process improvements, operating controls, expanded marketing of brand name products, and second stage start-up companies that are ready for a structured management approach, are particularly interesting.
